Cancellation Policy
At NextGenMed876, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
- More Than 24 Hours’ Notice: For full refunds on consultation fees, please cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a refund of 50% of the consultation fee.
- Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your appointment for the next available date and time with proper notice.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment by contacting info@nextgenmed876.com. Note that significant delays may lead to a shortened or canceled appointment.
Refund Policy
- All our sales are final. Please ensure all products are opened and tested for quality and working condition before your purchase. Once you have purchased a product we will not refund or exchange the product once you have left the store. Provided that a defective product is reported within 6 hours of purchase and returned to the store with the original receipt and product wrapping within 36 hours of purchase, you may obtain a full refund.
